4 Stars Pretty Spiffy!
So far I have worn these boots through 3 particularly monsoon-like days in Chicago, much to the relative pleasure of my new pants. The seals appear to be very good – I’ve noticed no puckering or splitting at all. These are close-fitting in the calf for me, but I have full calves. It is actually close-fitting enough that I wouldn’t wear them without pants (to disguise the slight bulge at the top). I am, however, able to fold over my pant leg and step into these boots with ease and they look fine.

Do order your normal shoe size, perhaps a half a size up. I wear 9.5s in dress/casual shoes, but 10s in sneakers. I got these in a 10 and they fit perfectly with a slightly thicker sock. I think that’s about right for lightly-lined rain boots, as these are.

My only (mild) complaint is that the buckle on one of the boots won’t stay buckled. Nothing a well-placed paper clip couldn’t handle, and I’m sure the problem would be non-existent with skinnier calves.

In all, these are irreverantly cute rain boots that I am happy to pull on when the skies here turn gray and dull. A cute, sunny little option for an otherwise drab selection of inclement weather outerwear.

5 Stars Very Comfortable Sandals!
I’ve had several sandals in the past, and these Rainbow Westcape sandals are one of the best I’ve had. The entire footbed is a soft cushion for your feet. I had developed a painful bone spur right on the heel of my right foot just before I got the sandals. These sandals were perfect for cushioning the impact of my foot with the bone spur. The sandals made walking much better. I’m not a fan of sandals with a toe separator. The nylon toe separator took a while to get used to, and wasn’t that comfortable at first. However, once I got used to it and callused up, I really like these sandals. I would also say the sizing is really perfect, so when I ordered a size 9, its what you expect. However, the heel of my foot just barely fits onto the sandal because the toe separator keeps my foot in a certain position on the sandal. I might go for a half size larger if I could, but they don’t make half sizes. So if that might bother you or you want a little bit more material around the heel, you might want to go a size up. In addition, in comparison to my sister’s Rainbow Sandals, which are leather, these sandals have no break in period, and are comfortable right out of the package. Fantastic sandals so far, and I would highly recommend these sandals to a friend. They are waterproof and feel like you’re walking on cushions. Lets see if these Rainbow rubber sandals last as long as their traditional leather sandals.

sandals are great. the picture is misleading. these are green as green can be. the picture makes them out to be a soft gray green. not the case. i will never wear these. exchanged for dark brown.

5 Stars comfort that lasts
So far I’ve owned two pairs of these sandals and they are the most comfortable things ever. Each pair I’ve worn for two years, almost year round. Here I am again to retire my current air, after not being able to find them in stores this year. I am stoked to see multiple color choices so I can retire some of my other inferior sandals.

I’d recommend these sandals to anyone. They are comfortable out of the box but get even better after a week or two, can get wet without any problem (unlike some of their leather counterparts), and look great! What more could you ask for?
